This project focused on taking a very large, complex commercial leasing dataset and turning it into strategic recommendations that people could actually use.

what I did

1. 01AI worked on a team of 4 to analyze 100,000+ U.S. leasing transactions from 2018 to 2024 using Python and pandas.
2. 02AWe identified demand trends across sectors such as tech, legal, and financial services.
3. 03AI helped translate the findings into recommendations related to market entry, relocation, and expansion across 10+ major cities.
4. 04AThe project was a strong exercise in applied analytics and communicating business insight from large datasets.
