As the sole Product Manager at an early-stage consumer AI startup, I work across product strategy, user experience, personalization, and feature development. I've helped reshape the product from a relatively linear styling tool into a more complete personalized experience, connecting how users are analyzed, what they're recommended, and how the product learns from their preferences over time.

• ▸I redesigned the end-to-end product experience across 8+ core flows, including onboarding, the home experience, wardrobe, recommendation windows, outfit planning, and personalization. I also designed the style quiz from scratch and lead recurring UI/UX reviews with the team to improve how features connect across the product.
• ▸I drove 10+ product initiatives from concept through launch, including facial evaluation, personal color analysis, visual-weight grading, makeup and accessory recommendations, outfit planning, wardrobe redesign, and marketplace and affiliate experiences, translating early ideas into product requirements, flows, and implementation priorities.
• ▸I work directly with the founder and engineering team on the product's grading and recommendation logic, helping develop rubrics around facial proportions, visual weight, skin tone, lip color, contrast, and other personalization signals, as well as feedback loops that use actions such as saving, refining, rejecting, and wearing recommendations to improve future results.
• ▸I analyzed 24 competing fashion-tech products and gathered feedback from 100+ users, including 20+ direct user conversations, using those insights to identify product gaps and prioritize the roadmap. I also contribute to early growth strategy through social media positioning, visual direction, and content planning.

I'm helping build and validate an early-stage beverage product, working across product strategy, experimentation, analytics, and technical operations. What I like most about this role is getting to turn early-stage ideas into real user experiences, systems, and launch decisions.

• ▸I was one of the team leads for 2 campus MVP activations engaging 600+ students, where I helped coordinate execution and designed the user flow for the tasting and full-product experience. Across both activations, we distributed 1,400+ samples and 260+ full-size drinks and collected 182 survey responses, with 61% purchase intent and 82.4% support for on-campus placement.
• ▸I designed a rule-based refund decision engine using Nayax transaction data and weighted matching across 6 signals, defining user and system flows for automatic refunds, manual review, duplicate requests, and higher-risk cases.
• ▸I built the system with structured logging, confidence scores, reason codes, testing, and human overrides, creating a foundation for an ML-based workflow once we have enough real transaction data.
• ▸I also work on MVP measurement and launch strategy, from designing a 3-stage KPI framework to researching 30–60 potential locations across Gainesville and Orlando and narrowing them into priority launch targets.

At Deloitte, I worked on projects where the challenge was often less about finding data and more about turning broad business, risk, and compliance concerns into structured requirements, dashboards, and reporting systems.

• ▸I advised on ESG and data governance for a $40M EV initiative, helping map 55+ performance metrics to global standards and support board-level planning.
• ▸I translated business and risk needs into 30+ system and process requirements for a top-4 bank's data security transformation.
• ▸I built 6 executive dashboards and supported ESG reporting by consolidating source data, organizing evidence, and improving reporting readiness.
• ▸This experience strengthened how I think about structure, stakeholder alignment, and turning abstract requirements into execution-ready outputs.

This role gave me hands-on exposure to digital transformation in practice — understanding stakeholder needs, designing decision frameworks, and helping translate high-level transformation goals into concrete roadmaps.

• ▸I designed digital-readiness frameworks and analytics dashboards across 3 provinces to help guide e-governance transformation priorities.
• ▸I built Python ROI and scenario models for a $2.4M solar project to support vendor benchmarking and investment decision-making.
• ▸I worked with provincial stakeholders to translate operational needs into practical technology roadmaps aligned with budget and security constraints.

At GETCOT Lab, I worked on sustainability-focused research around circular economy systems, battery recovery, and regulatory change. I was especially interested in how data and policy come together to shape better long-term decisions.

• ▸I researched EU Digital Product Passport and circular economy regulations to assess how they could affect battery reuse and recycling.
• ▸I processed and modeled roughly 500K end-of-life battery and HDD records in Python to map recovery pathways.
• ▸I linked operational recovery data with economic indicators to evaluate the tradeoffs between recycling and reuse.

This role sharpened my ability to work carefully with research design, qualitative coding, and evaluation rigor.

• ▸I organized and reviewed 40 academic sources related to chatbot response quality and evaluation.
• ▸I coded and validated around 200 qualitative data points for inter-rater reliability.
• ▸The experience strengthened how I think about structured analysis, research quality, and evidence-based conclusions.

I lead external partnerships and career-focused initiatives for one of UF's largest data science organizations, working with companies, research labs, startups, and university partners to create more opportunities for students beyond regular club programming.

• ▸Built relationships with organizations including AIIRI, Google, Microsoft, Deloitte, startups, and UF Career Connections Center, helping secure funding, launch student-facing projects, and develop career-readiness programming.
• ▸Organized 5+ research and industry tours connecting 350+ members with research labs, startups, and professionals, while helping create pathways that contributed to 8+ hackathon-winning teams.

I lead operations planning for WingHacks 2027, focusing on the systems, logistics, and coordination needed to turn a large hackathon from a plan on paper into a smooth participant experience.

• ▸Own planning across venue logistics, resource allocation, catering, procurement, setup, storage, transportation, signage, participant flow, and event-day operations.
• ▸Coordinate closely with sponsorship, design, outreach, and other committees to translate each team's needs into operational requirements, timelines, budgets, and execution plans.
• ▸Build purchasing schedules and resource plans around what can be purchased, rented, borrowed, stored, or reused, while accounting for vendor lead times and budget constraints.
• ▸Develop committee delegation structures, setup and cleanup plans, contingency procedures, and event-day operating workflows so responsibilities are clear before the hackathon begins.

I managed the financial and operational side of one of UF's Vietnamese student organizations, balancing budgeting, sponsorship development, and event planning for cultural and community programming.

• ▸Managed an annual budget of $10,000+, overseeing funding allocation, reimbursements, purchasing, and financial planning across the organization's events and initiatives.
• ▸Secured $5,000+ in sponsorships, supporting programming while working with external partners and internal teams to balance event ambitions with available resources.
• ▸Helped lead planning and execution for large-scale cultural events including Tết Festival with 300+ attendees, coordinating logistics, vendors, supplies, budgeting, and resource allocation.
