This project reflects the kind of work I enjoy most: combining strategy, analytics, modeling, and decision-making into one system. I built a simulator to explore how different team-building and business strategies could affect performance, profitability, and risk.
what I did
- 01AI led development of a WNBA decision simulator using 44+ player records, salary-cap constraints, and fan-demand assumptions.
- 02AI modeled 4 strategic scenarios and projected a $56M to $79M season profit range under different operating choices.
- 03AI designed a 200-trial Monte Carlo risk model and dashboard to stress-test outcomes across scenarios, confirming 0% simulated bankruptcy risk under baseline and macro conditions.
- 04AThe project helped me think more deeply about tradeoffs, uncertainty, and strategic decision support.
- 05AWrote a full technical report presenting findings and sensitivity analysis for the COMAP Mathematical/Interdisciplinary Contest in Modeling.
